Bluetooth issue

I use my iPhone since last 5 years. But now there is a problem with Bluetooth. I can not switch on and it’s always just buffering only. Need a help please

I solved this problem.

Turned off the mouse.
Told Bluetooth to forget the mouse.
Turned the mouse back on
Mouse showed up in nearby devices
I was able to successfully connect it.
