Maybe it's just coincidence but since I installed the update when I'm on FaceBook the post jump around sometimes taking me back to the top of the page. That's the only problem I seem to be having. Anyone else have this problem?

You do not say what browser this is...(?)
If you are using Safari.app try a different browser and compare your results.
For Facebbook website issues contact FB support:
or wait for FB to sort the issue out with their API.
This is independent of of you macOS 13.1 update.

Try FireFox I see no issue with that browser.
Both Chrome and Safari—use the same WebKit rendering engine...
Mozilla Firefox however uses Gecko rendering engine.
This is a Facebook coding issue, things have really seem to go downhill since Meta take over.
