We see that you found the troubleshooting article If your left or right AirPod isn't working - Apple Support, which is the best step for when one of your AirPods isn't working. Were you able to complete that troubleshooting as well as resetting your AirPods? If so, then you'll want to contact Apple Support so they can look into this further with you.
