How to update my iPad mini
I cannot update my iPad mini from a 12.5.6 to anything newer. My iPad states that it’s already updated and there aren’t any updates available. Without the update to 14 or more I cannot download any apps. Please help!

it's the choice of the app developers which ios versions they wish to support
