how to backup an iphone that constantly restarts

My iphone 12 has a hardware issue that is causing it to force restart every 3-5 mins. I am trying to do a backup before I go purchase a new phone but my current phone won't stay on long enough to perform a full backup. Does anyone know of a way I can get a full backup before I throw in the towel and give up? Thanks.

How would I backup my iphone if it cannot stay on for more than 10 minutes? Hello everyone, this question is about my iphone 13 pro 256gb. It has recently been freezing, and then restarting every 10 minutes. I have looked into doing both an icloud backup and itunes backup to my computer but they are not fast enough to be done by the time the phone restarts. I have tried doing both as soon as the phone restarts but they cannot finish in time as the phone restarts in the middle of the backup. I was wondering if there was any alternative way to back up my data? One solution I've thought of are doing gradual backups of the data, like 20gb or something each in the intervals the phone restarts, but I haven't been able to find any setting or option that would let me do this. Does anyone have any ideas or solutions so that I might be able to back up my data?

If you have taken backup earlier then there is no way you can do that now.
