Log In Required when Mac goes to sleep

I'm using Ventura 13.1 and recently changed my password. Now I have to log in everytime my MAC goes to sleep. What's the fix?

try System Settings > Lock Screen and change "Require password after screen saver begins or display is turned off" to "Never".

Signing in after sleep mode when my new mac book air has been in sleep mode it requires an administrator password. I don’t have one. How do I fix this?

iMac stopped requiring a password after startup iMac (27 inch 2013 macOS Catalina) has stopped requiring a password after startup or restart. It starts up and can be used without a password. However, if awaken from sleep it requires the password. I would like my password protection back after startup. Any ideas?
