Pages: Clear all style overrides

How do I clear all style overrides in Pages?

I changed the font on my (long) document, which somehow erased all bold and italics. When I tried to reapply the paragraph styles, I found that every single paragraph now had a style override--meaning that the only way to reapply the styles would be to manually remove the override from each one.

Doing this manually will be a full day of work. Does Pages have any function to do this for the entire document?

Try this

  1. Select whole document text
  2. Para styles panel on top of 'Text' pane will now read: 'Multiple'
  3. Go down to 'Character Styles' box & click
  4. In pop-down list click on 'None' (regardless of whether its already selected)

Overrides should now be gone from all para styled text.
