why some links do not open on the server, usually images

Does this have to do with something in my settings? is it just on Safari? Can I do something to correct it?

iMac 27″, macOS 10.15

If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn’t working as expected - Apple Support has a number of suggestions.
