When creating a custom workout in the apple watch os 9; the upper level of any pace alert interval is blank and cannot be set.
I think its a bug. I tryied many custom running workout and never managed to insert a custom interval pace as an alert.

The work around is to change the pace alert to be a target instead of a range and then set the target pace to be what you want the upper limit to be. Then back out of alerts, go back in, change target back to range and it should have set both the upper and lower limit to whatever you set as the target pace. You can then change the lower limit to whatever you need.

Yes thanks! It works, just to add that you need to exit the menu one you set the "target" and then enter again and set the "interval".
