Family sharing won't let me add a fifth person. I show only four members added plus me so I should have a fifth slot, but every time I try to add someone it says I already have five members on this account. I don't, I know I don't. I can clearly see everyone - four members plus myself. Ive trued this on my MacBook. If I try on my iPhone, the button to add is greyed out.

Contact Apple; click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support
Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
