Signed up for month trial and can’t find app. Was activated and working but can’t find app on iPhone now?

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.
We understand that you're not able to locate the Fitness app. If you do not see it on your Home screen, swipe to the left until you reach the App Library. Tap and hold on the Fitness app and drag it to the Home screen.
Find your apps in App Library on iPhone
