Please help me to use eSim. So my phone is iPhone 13 PRO. My carrier supports eSim service. However, my phone doesn't show the necessary options to add the eSim. For example, "Add eSim", "Cellular plan", etc. Also, my phone doesn't read the eSim QR code. And I can't to activate eSim.
