Text messages Alerts on iWatch Series 8

I am disappointed that I have not been able to get this issue resolved.

I bought my watch in November, 22.

I bought it with the celular option. I cannot get with 100% of the time my text messages alerts on my watch. TBH it is less than 1% of the time.

I have the settings to mirror my iPhone. I get ALL other alerts for every single app on my watch except Text Alerts.

I have no VPN, the watch is connected as a celular. (Same number as my iPhone)

I spoke with support yesterday, they had me unpair and pair it again. That worked for about 2 hours, then I stopped getting text alerts. I have turned iMessages off and on. I have followed the steps on this Article - If you can’t send or receive messages on your Apple Watch

Still not working, any other advise.
