Years ago when iCloud was new, and not completely understanding the concept, I created two iCloud accounts. Now I have data in both... Is it possible to merge the two accounts?
iMac (24-inch, M1, 2021, 2 ports)

No. It is not possible to merge accounts.
You would need to manually move any data and files from one to the other.
