You can transfer purchased music from the iTunes Store, by any means the Samsung phone accepts music transfers from a computer onto its own default music app. click here ➡️ https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00086603/
You cannot transfer directly from an iPhone if that's what you mean.
The Apple Music app for Android only lets you use the Apple Music subscription service, but does not offer access to iTunes purchases.
