I would like to be able to download Itunes from the app store and not Windows

iTunes is not downloadable from either the Apple App Store or Windows. There is the Apple version, or the Microsoft version (with minor differences between the two).

If you want iTunes for your desktop, it can be downloaded from Apple via this link: iTunes - Apple. Once on that page, click on the Get it from Microsoft button. That's the "app store" version that I assume that you are referring to..

If you actually want the Apple version (which is very slightly different to the app store version), scroll down past the Get it from Microsoft button to the very small heading titled Looking for other versions? where you will see a choice between macOS and Windows.

If this does not resolve your issue, please explain in more detail what you are looking for and why neither of the two versions I've directed you to are not what you need.
