My email will not send mails........

Some Internet providers, as a spam fighting precaution, do not allow email to be sent through their service unless the sender is using the ISP's email account. For example, if you have a xyz email account and you try to send an email through abc's network using xyz's servers, abc will block the sending.

Can you send email if you log into your email provider's webmail page?

Who is your eMail Provider & what Port are you using for SMTP outgoing server??

• Outgoing Mail Server for SMTP: Use mail.twc.com. 
• Outgoing Server: Use 587 for SMTP Port.
• SMTP Server Requires Authentication: Select Yes.
