iPhone iCloud photo downloads
If I store photos on icloud and download photos from my iphone, will the downloaded photos be the full photos with full info or just thumbnails with lower resolution?

They will either be the full image or an image reduced in size if you elect to optimize storage on your device. They will not be thumbnails
