Is there a way to change order of songs in a playlist? Seems like manual sorting no longer exists?

Select the Playlist, and tap on the 3 dots (top right), select Edit, and use press the 3 lines (on the right) to manually sort.

How do I change the order of songs within a playlist? I believe I used to be able to order songs within a created playlist in any order I wanted. However, I can't find that feature now within Apple Music. I'm currently running iOS 16.1.2 (the most current version at this time). I can see how I can sort a playlist by a variety of options, but I would like to create my own order. I have also tried editing the order in the desktop browser version of Apple Music and there are even less options there to edit a playlist.

How can I change my 'Favorite songs' playlist order back to descending on Apple Music? I have my playlist order as descending so i expect it to play the songs after it when i play the first one, but it just ends and when i check the queue it shows nothing playing next, which means the order has changed and it still thinks im playing ascending order. how do i change that ?
