Can't change my number phone in the phone app.
I tried to change my number phone in the phone app at settings but it doesn't work.
If i want to edit the old number to the actual number does not change.
Can someone help me?

Try this, go to:
Settings -> Apple ID (Your name) -> Name, Phone numbers and Mail. Press Edit and add your new phone number and remove the old one.
Also remember that your new SIM card with your new number must be installed in the phone.
