my iphone 11 is unexpectedly restarting by itself. First it froze the screen the it shows the loading screen then it gets off then on.
it started after i updated to ios 16.2.
can somebody help please

If it’s a hardware problem the only fix is to accept Apple’s discounted replacement offer. I gather that you did not purchase the AppleCare+ extended warranty that would have covered this replacement. If you are in certain countries or the EU you may be covered over a legally mandated 2 year coverage on hardware failures, but not the US.

The check was done in US while on vacation there. The phone was purchased in Europe. Problem is the issue surfaced on the due date of my 2 years…. They (US Apple) did log a report.
I hope the original store in Europe allows/covers the hardware issue.
