Changing Apple ID

Happy new year everyone

I’m trying to change my AppleID to a new email but it says that the new email is not available, what does that mean? N wht should I do in this case?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.0

This email is Allready in use as another apple id, or as a secondary email address for one of your Apple ID's

If you're sure that you haven't used this mailadres for an Apple ID or for an alias, contact Apple Support for help at a time they're open

Refer to the document: About your Apple ID email addresses - Apple Support for information about what address possibilities actually exist for your account and where to view them.

Sign in to appleid.apple.com.
Select Personal Information.
Choose Reachable At,

I’m pretty sure it wasn’t used as mail address but not sure if it was used as a secondary email address, how can I check if it was added as a secondary address?
