I want to get rid of the red iPhone 14 Pro Max notification badge

My new iPhone 14 Pro Max has a red notification badge showing on ‘settings’, and when I open settings, the red notification badge shows on the new setting at the top that says “get help in an emergency”. When I click this button, nothing happens, I can’t get rid of the notification badge and haven’t been able to do anything with it, does anyone have a solution to this problem? I want to get rid of the red notification badge and get this application working.
