Can’t connect to internet without wifi
How can I connect to the Internet on my iPhone without Wi-Fi? I can’t seem to connect.

You have to use cellular data. First make sure you are connected to your carrier’s network, then go to Settings/Cellular and make sure it is turned on. And that doesn’t fix it contact your carrier.
