Stop CALENDAR INVITATION Your response to the invitation cannot be sent

I have an iPhone 13. I continually receive a box pop up on my screen that reads, “CALENDAR INVITATION Your response to the invitation cannot be sent”. I have to click OK in order to continue doing whatever I was doing on my phone. I read somewhere to go to Settings - Accounts & Passwords, temporarily turn off calendar syncing…. However, when I click on settings, I do not see Accounts & Passwords. I do see “Passwords” but that’s obviously not where I need to be since there is no way to go to calendars from there. If I go to various calendar options - not going through Passwords - there is no option to turn off syncing.

Hello IMMSS,

This article discusses Calendar syncing: Sync contacts and calendars onto your Mac and iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Try going to Settings > Calendar > Accounts and select the account that is generating the error message, then toggle Calendar off for a moment, then turn it back on. That might help with this behavior.

Also, if you have not done so already, please make sure to restart your iPhone by following these steps: Restart your iPhone.
