I still can't backup my iPhone. Deleted almost everything on it, followed all the instructions to complete a backup and all it says is not enough room. What am I missing?
That simply means that you need more iCloud storage; 3.3 GB of available storage isn’t enough. You can expand that to 50 GB for 99¢ a month→Upgrade to iCloud+ - Apple Support

Trying to backup to iCloud. 1.7 of 5MB being used. I’d try using my Mac for a backup but I’m not sure how.
What is the message when you try to back up to iCloud? How much storage is used on your iPhone? If it is more than 3.3 GB (the free storage in your iCloud 5 GB) then you don’t have enough.
