I am trying to backup my photos library to icloud. The photos themselves have synced from my computer to icloud, but in icloud itself the photos are not organized into albums. Toggling the sync option on and off, restarting, and repairing the library did not work. It has been about a week so it should not be an issue of waiting for it to finish. Mac BigSur 11.7.2. How can I get the albums to sync as well?

They are both signed into the same id. I signed out and back in to see if that toggled anything but it did not
