Serial number issue

After checking my serial number in official website.they are saying


We’re sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced. Please check your information and re-enter your serial number. If your information is correct, you may need to contact us.

That message indicates that the device you have was replaced by Apple as defective and not returned to Apple as required, or because it was reported lost or stolen in transit. No service is available for that device.


Assuming you purchased it used, return it and get your money back.
