Hello everyone. I recently purchased something from my local Apple Store but need to return it. I am not sure how to though. Do I need to contact them first about it or do I just walk in and ask them for a refund?
Walking in should be just fine. From Apple-
You can always return the item to any U.S. Apple Store. An Apple Specialist will assist you with your return. Your refund will be processed at that time. To locate an Apple Store in your area, please refer to the Apple Retail Store Locator.
