Replacement product never shipped My iPhone 13 pro replacement was lost in transit, this happened on July 18th, but until today, apple didn't give me any solution, the advisor said they would resend me one, but I haven't received it yet, the ups tacking number given to me keeps showing that it was not shipped, but I'm going to travel on August 10th, and the answer they give is always wait!

Genuine parts My iPhone states that I have genuine Apple replacement parts. However, I cannot find the history of the service.

How long it takes to get a replacement ? It's almost 1 week and till date I have not received the replaced product. On the website it shows "We'll replace your product". But, when I call the stores or the customer care team....they don't have any updates. Any idea, how long it takes to get replacement ?
