clipboard
I deleted the clipboard app and would now like to restore it. How do I do that?

Does this issue pertain to macOS 13 Ventura or OSX 10.12 Sierra ?
In either case, if were are talking about the native Clipboard built into OS X 10.12 Sierra or macOS 13 Ventura.
The Clipboard function in Finder is still there and AFAIK can not be deleted
