How to delete Apple fitness and keep tracking activity

Want to remove Apple fitness screen trying to ask to set up payment for app etc when I only want health activity. It’s now not tracking efficiently as workouts are t clearly separated from Apple fitness. So tired of seeing advertising on this.

Thank you SraVanKra. Yes you’re correct I’m referring to Apple fitness+. But it’s not to do with payment or any of this. I’ve tried to delete Apple ad errs etc followed everything I can about it. It’s still this very annoying new addition to my Activity. When I ask Siri to start my workout up comes this screen full of options, choices of yoga etc… with athletic looking people etc and I have to click below on Summary to get out of this. Then there is still not a way… when I simply ask my Apple watch to start workout it asks to open my iPhone. Thus this irritating activity screen. I don’t want to lose activity tracking but have no interest in the various sports offers etc nor want to pay $9.99 a month. I just want it off my iPhone. And finding it impossible. It’s like having something clinging to you that you can’t shake off!

You may be referring to Fitness+, not the fitness app.
