Spinning wheel on my show caller id - can't turn it on

My caller id turned off on its own although the slider was on (?)

Now the slider is not showing at all, only displaying a non stop spinning wheel.

I've tried to restart my iphone 11 normally, then force restart it, then updated the software, then tried the solution on this thread: Show my caller ID not loading iPhone - Sp… - Apple Community NOTHING WORKS!

Anybody knows what might be wrong and how to fix it please?

Allow me to clarify the issue I’m having and provide some more details:

My service provider allows the option to turn on/off caller id. I used it a lot in a previous role where I had to use my personal phone to make work calls, so I know from experience that this option is available to me.
My caller id is currently off - meaning when I make outgoing calls, it shows up as “no caller id” to the receiver (family/ friends/… etc) so they don’t pick up my calls, which is annoying.
My network data and service provider configuration is all up to date

Would you have any other suggestions?

This issue only needs to be addressed by the Cellular Service Provider not Phone Manufacturers (Any brand for that matter)

So any Apple genius here knows what’s wrong? For context I contacted my service provider and they said everything is up to date and working on their end, so it definitely is a software/ technical issue on my phone. Anyone has a helpful suggestion please?
