how to find my safari browser

My wife needed to use Google Chrome to do banking on my laptop. Now I can't find my Safari icon nor browse via Safari. Where did it go?

Safari can't be deleted, and doesn't need to be downloaded again. Simply open the Finder, then click 'Applications' on the sidebar. From there, find Safari and click and drag it back to the dock.

Another method- click CMD + Space, then type "Safari" and hit Return. Then, right-click the Safari icon on the Dock and select Options > 'Keep in Dock'.
