Camera app sound muffled

When I take a video using the rear camera the sound is muffled.

If I take a video using the front camera the sound is fine. The sound is also fine when using the rear camera on Instagram or Snapchat.

I’ve cleaned all speakers, removed screen protectors and case. I’ve also had Apple do the microphone diagnostics and they are all fine. I’ve also reset my settings in the software.

Nothing has resolved the issue. I am using an IPhone X on IOS 16.2 can anyone help please?
