Am no expert in this area, yet your query surely deserves a response:

Wondering which MacOS version is installed on the MacBook Air (2015 / core i5)

Eg: MacOS Mojave 10.14 was the last version of macOS to run 32-bit apps.

MacOS Catalina 10.15, Big Sur 11.O, Monterey 12.0, and Ventura 13.0 all run 64 bit apps
