Notes app

I want to save notes on my iPad not on iCloud. However when I go to settings, choose notes, the only option available is iCloud. Where is the option to save on my iPad?

To save your Notes on your iPad instead of to iCloud, from iPad settings:

Settings > Notes > “On My iPad” Account - set to ON
