My daughter is locked out of her Iphone 11, she can't see her emails or texts. We have tried for almost 2 months to change her password and you guys won't help her. We keep getting a certain days that we have to wait in order to reset her password then the day comes and she cannot get to her emails or texts. I have tried to do support many times also! I am getting so fed up with apple products. We have tried to do the Apple Support App also and still gives us days that we have to wait! in the mean time we are paying for her phone that she cannot use!
