Missing email content in Apple Mail on iMac

While emails are coming through fine and showing complete content on my iPad, lately there have been emails that have missing content or show "This message has no content." at all on my iMac

I'm not sure if this was already happening before the update to Ventura, but I noticed this a few months ago, and the problem seems to be on the increase ...

Included in these emails are from senders that I've had no problem with in the past ...

In fact one email was an order confirmation, but the actual invoice was missing on the imac, while there on the ipad ...

To me it is very frustrating and annoying, as well as a serious problem ...

If apple is trying to protect me from tracking at least make it possible for me have the choice of opening up the email -- at least I have that choice when something is sent to my junk file ...

Hello 21jk,

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities.

It sounds like you're needing assistance with email content that isn't loading on your Mac only, right?

If we have this correct, this may be related to Mail Privacy Protection being enabled, so let's check that out. The steps below will guide you to the setting to adjust, and you can learn more here: Use Mail Privacy Protection on Mac - Apple Support

1. In the Mail app  on your Mac, choose Mail > Settings, then click Privacy.

2. Select Protect Mail Activity.

When this option is selected, your IP address is hidden from senders and remote content is privately downloaded in the background when you receive a message (instead of when you view it).

If you deselect the option, you can choose to separately hide your IP address and block all remote content. When Block All Remote Content is selected, a banner is shown in a message when you view it, indicating it contains remote content; you can choose then to download the content.

If adjusting this doesn't clear up what's occurring, contact Apple Support to check into this with you in more detail.

Have a great day!
