Playlists disappeared from library

My subscription ended and my music disappeared from my phone, I renewed my subscription and sync my library but none of my playlists have come back, I have done this previously and the playlists always come back, but not this time, can you help? I’ve googled answers but nothing is working, I have iPhone 11pro on the latest iOS 16.2
