Apple Music

So my sister bought the family plan and she shared it to the apple family feature, it says I have access to the subscription but when I try to play music it pops up a cannot connect

Turn off low power mode, restart your iPhone. If that doesn't help see: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store or other Apple services – Apple Support (AU)
