Safari cannot open a page

I keep getting error : The operation couldn’t be completed. (WebKitBlobResource error 1) on Mac. I’ve cleared the history (as suggested on another platform for iPhone with same problem) but still not working. Can someone please help? Thank you

Safari crashes consistently after 18.1.1 update on iPhone 15 Plus I have cleared cache, deleted history data, and tried a bunch of online suggestions but no success. It crashes CONSISTENTLY after running for about 3 minutes, making me think it is some type of timing glitch whereby a command activates right at the same time after Safari is opened EACH TIME. I'm using a 15Plus iPhone. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
