Live wallpaper in iOS 16

Lallone ~ Apple's Weather wallpaper is 'live' in that your Home & Lock Screen will display a background image of the current weather in your location – so a dynamically changing sunny, cloudy, or rainy, etc. image. The screenshots below of my Home Screen show only a small sample of the possibilities – at sunrise, mid-morning and night:

Open Settings > Tap Wallpaper > Tap “+Add New Wallpaper” > Tap blue Weather icon at top right > Tap "Add" at top right > Tap "Set as a Wallpaper Pair" > Swipe up from the bottom to finish.

Choose the phone that suits you best. If this tiny feature is a game changer for you then so be it but do not expect the volunteer users on here to care one way or the other. Good luck.

This pic below is self-explanatory. This will allow you to select Live Photos for Lock Screen Wallpaper but the effect of Live Photos may not be attainable.

To use Live Photos you need to touch and hold a Live Photo but in iOS 16 and above the Touch and Hold in the Lock screen will go into customise wallpaper mode.

All improvement is change but not all change is improvement.
