Dolby Atmos music

Just recently I have noticed on Music when playing tracks mixed in Dolby Atmos there is a tendency for the beginning of the track to jump forward by 1 second, also tracks that lead into the next now have a gap, this does not happen when listening to the stereo equivalent of the same album tracks, the example I use is The Beatles Abbey Road recording on side 2, has anyone on this forum experienced the same problem and is there a solution in settings to mitigate this?

With an issue like this it is important to isolate where the issue is occurring.

Do you have another device that you can test with and see if the same thing happens? If it does, this would indicate an issue with Music, and we would suggest you reach out to Apple Support here: Get Support. They will be in the best position to assist further.

If it only happens on your iPhone, then start by power cycling the iPhone using these instructions: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support. While simple, this can refresh the iOS, apps and connections.

If it continues, remove the download of the track and download it again. Test to see if the issue continues.
