Music makes a loud crackling noise.

I was just listening to music and weirdly and unusually, it started to crackle and I certainly wasn’t apart of the sound, what on earth caused this?

This does not occur through any other audio source, only Apple Music. sound very low and no noise cancellation other party hear my background noises clearly and my sound very very low. Even when i am hearing the music, it is very low, then suddenly it gets loud and then suddenly low
