The AirPods Pro Service Program for Sound Issues

Recently participated in the AirPods Pro Service Program for Sound Issues and received my replacement. However, I noticed that these replacement airpod pro buds are somewhat a downgrade of the airpods pro I originally changed a half a month ago due to battery issues.


I noticed active noise cancellation not working as expected, because I can still hear the fireworks and backgrounds noises in my apartment. On the other hand, battery wise, they have become slightly less durable than my previous one, with approximately 3.5-4 hours.


Would it be possible to get another replacement? If yes, will it change anything? Or is Apple trying to promote their airpods pro 2nd generation right now, so they made adjustments for the 1st generation airpods pro replacement to work less efficient so people would be inclined towards thinking of getting the second generation?

Replacement AirPods are also covered by a short warranty period. Contact Apple Support again about that issue.
