How to remove apps on my iPhone?
I can delete the icon, but the app remains in the library. The delete app button is not presented as an option. What next?

When do the long press on the app icon and tap “Remove App” you should then be presented with the option of deleting the app or removing it from the Home Screen.
Alternatively go to the App Library and delete it from there.
Also make sure that deleting apps is allowed in your Screentime Settings.
