Setting do not disturb for one number on dualsim for calls only

I have iPhone 14Promax and have dual sim on it - one business and other personal.

I need to activate "DO NOT DISTURB" mode for business SIM for all calls except allowed calls in settings and full active on personal No. Need to receive all text messages and whatsApp etc. and all social media Apps messages, alerts etc. for both SIMs. How to activate this for one SIM alone in dual SIM situations.
