Why when I get something on my phone that’s connected to my iPad on an app and then go that app on my iPad the purchase I made on my iPhone it didn’t transfer to my iPad

Transferring Between Platforms:
iPadOS and iOS are two separate platforms. Not all apps are available for all platforms. And transferring between platforms, is just not an option.
