I bought a Apple Card and it shows I have $25.00 in credit, but won’t let me use it
How do I get it to work, or am I just out $25.00

Please note the "Apple Card" (the topic for this particular forum) is Apple's MasterCard credit card, you can't buy one.
Not the same as an "Apple Gift" card which apparently is what you are referring to.
